Got a bit noisy in the evening from the street, especially on weekends. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. The breakfast selection could use some work. I expected more variety at a four-star place. Some guests mentioned the rooms felt a little cramped, not ideal for longer stays, and limited parking can be a hassle if you show up with a transport of your own.

Really enjoyed super friendly and affable staff and big hotel.
The breakfast was exceptionally good and generous, had variety of options and the food was excellent. I booked a room with a big bed, central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television.

This is a newly built hotel with a pleasantly low key interior and unobtrusive service. The breakfast was inluded in the room rate at the time of my visit, and while not rich it contained a few things that are usually missing in similar Italian places (fresh fruits, fresh bread).

I was there before and will definitely visit place next time. The food was local, I enjoyed coffee, bread and yoghourt served in the morning. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and competent. The service was absolutely very good;)))

Great spot in Brindisi 🇮🇹
Check-in was sharp-sharp, and brekkie was fantastic-real eggs and fresh juice 😍 The staff were friendly, like chommies at a braai, always smiling and keen to help. Room was clean and comfy, perfect for a chill night after exploring!
Bit noisy at night from the busy street, but not a train smash.

The Palazzo staff was great. The hotel works for a visit to Brindisi. You are right next to train station and can easily get to the airport. It is clean and functional.
I liked the hotel and really didn't dislike anything.

Surprisingly great restaurant at the hotel with excellent food and fabulous Aperol Spritz cocktails! Very modern rooms and loved the large rainwater shower head. Excellent early morning transfer to Brindisi airport, the concierge made us espresso before we left and had leftovers from our dinner packed for the road, as requested. Excellent, very friendly and experienced staff. Would definitely recommend to any one briefly staying overnight in Brindisi.

The hotel's location near the train station made it ideal for exploring the area. Breakfast delivered a hearty start to the day, with delicious eggs and a well-stocked coffee machine. The breakfast variety was lacking. It felt repetitive after several mornings. A bit of street noise seeped into the room at night, which could be bothersome for some guests, and the lack of temperature checks seemed an oversight in current times. It was a pleasant stay that met most of our needs.

We had a wonderful two-night stay with comfy beds and a lovely breakfast on the spacious terrace. It was nice to unwind in the cozy lounge area and get some fresh air on the covered terrace. I had a bit of trouble with heavy luggage on the stairs, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment at all. ☀️
